Deliveries

At Harriet Wooltorton London we want you to enjoy your shopping experience  with us and be delighted with your product when it arrives at your door.

Many of the unique items that we sell are lovingly made at home by our designers and most of our products are sent to you directly from the designer themselves. Due to the unique nature of our products and of our business delivery times and prices may vary from item to item.

Most standard deliveries within the UK will be charged at £4.75. Delivery is charged on the size and destination of the order made. Some smaller items may be delivered to you free of charge. You will be advised of the relevant delivery charge for your order before you proceed with your payment.

All of our wonderful designers are committed to dispatching your order within 3-5 working days. If you've ordered one of our beautiful bespoke or "made to order" products then naturally the designer may need a little more time to perfect your item before sending it on to you. Our designers will contact you directly to advise upon an estimated delivery date for bespoke and "made to order" items.
